So the saying goes. Never one to stand still, ADLIB needed a brand refresh to stay ahead in the competitive recruitment market. It just so happened, a competitor rebrand looked strikingly similar to ADLIB. With a website refresh planned anyway, now was a great opportunity for a reset.

As one of the earliest B Corps globally, it was crucial to highlight their purpose-led ethos. Talisman Sparro developed a new proposition to authentically represent the brand and clearly differentiate ADLIB from competitors. The rollout included a new website and consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
